What a great night it was for the charity fun night your friends organised for the cf trust im sure you are mega proud of them looking down with your cheeky big smile raising over £3500 and £1000 coming from the sponserd run your year did at school.

Guess what i have done only gone and entered alder hay 10 k for the cf trust and doing st helens 10k yes i can see you laughing lol and its on my birthday so meant to be lol

Also do you remember when i was filling in the form on the computer and i was struggling lol  and them songs came on the radio and it all went through i knew you was with me then .

if i have only half the strength and courage you had in your life i will sale it
